These terms apply to lluyotlabs.com, operated by Lluyot Labs. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it — nothing here requires an account, so there is nothing to close.

Individual products published by Lluyot Labs may carry their own terms. Where they do, those terms govern that product and these govern only this website.

The text, design, code, diagrams and marks on this site belong to Lluyot Labs, except where a third party is credited. You may read, link to and quote this material for ordinary purposes such as commentary, research, journalism or teaching, provided you attribute it and do not present it as your own.

You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own content, use it to train a model or product presented as an alternative to ours, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not. Brand assets and the conditions for using them are set out on our brand page.

Third-party names appearing on this site — including standards bodies, journals, research groups and platforms such as Google Play — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

We take care that what appears here is accurate at the time of writing, and we deliberately avoid claims we cannot support. Even so, this site is informational. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial or investment advice, and no part of it is an offer of securities or an invitation to invest.

Technical writing in the journal describes decisions in our own context. Applying them to yours is your judgement, not our recommendation.

Statements about products or work that has not yet been released describe our current intent. Intent changes; nothing here is a commitment to build, release or maintain anything on a particular timeline.

Products are distributed through the relevant platform — for example Broncea through Google Play — and your use of them is additionally subject to that platform's terms and to any terms shown inside the product.

Where a product reports a modelled quantity, that quantity is an estimate produced under stated assumptions. We make those assumptions visible inside the product itself. It remains your decision how to act on them.

This site links to external resources, including research sources and platforms we do not control. Those links are provided because they are useful and verifiable, not as an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Lluyot Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.
